Proof, with outcomes.

"AI-native" only means something if it ships. Every project below has a real detail page and a real result.

Project 01

Sports & Leisure

Fareway Golf

A payments-grade golf product on iOS and Android, carried through a real pivot: the build we believed in enough to co-own.

Project 02

Food & Agriculture

Chekt

Contactless food-pickup smart lockers: cloud, mobile, and embedded firmware from one team, carried from an IKEA-locker mock-up to an award-winning product live in a pro sports arena.

Project 03

Duininck

Duininck ONE: a mobile-first employee hub that reunites a fourth-generation construction firm behind one experience, shipped into their own cloud and fixed live on launch day.

The questions everyone asks.

What does "AI-native" actually mean?

It means AI is built into how we work, not just what we build. We use it throughout research, design, and engineering, so we move faster than a traditional shop — and every meaningful decision still passes through senior product judgment before it goes live.

AI makes everyone fast. Why does that matter?

It mostly doesn't: speed without judgment just makes slop faster. AI ships things fast; we ship the right things fast. Scope is a decision, and we make it well.

How do we start?

Know what you want to build? Start a project. Curious where AI actually helps? Book an AI Primer: low commitment, prioritized plan. Still forming the idea? Talk strategy before anyone writes code.

Who actually does the work?

The people in your standups. We're a small, senior team: no bench, no hand-off to a delivery org you've never met. Fewer people, less spin-up, faster decisions under ambiguity.

Any project? Any challenge?
Let's build it.
